Adventure Out There aims to provide high quality outdoor experiences with your safety and well being at the forefront of what we do. All activities provided are within the guidelines of National Governing Body qualifications and are fully insured. 

 

With over 10 years of experience in delivering fun, safe and educational outdoor activities, we hope you will enjoy the experience as much as we do.

Our customers privacy is of the highest importance to Adventure Out There, we hold information securely and use it responsibly within the GDPR guidelines. CANCELLATION POLICY

 

All bookings need to be arranged via phone or email.

 

A confirmation email will be sent, including activity info, kit list and meeting times.

 

All activities will run throughout the year in all weather conditions unless your guide decides it would be dangerous to participants.

 

Your guide reserves the right to alter routes or cancel trips if an alternative cannot be arranged.

 

Full payment at the time of booking is required to secure your place. This can be paid through paypal. This includes a 25% deposit.  

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the activity can be refunded. If cancellation is made within 48 hours of the activity, you will lose your 25% deposit. In the event the guide has decided to cancel, a full refund will be issued.

In the event of cancellation, Adventure Out There cannot be held accountable for any other losses to outside bookings, transport, accommodation etc. We strongly advise you have the relevant insurance to cover this. 

General Conditions

  • Under 18s must be accompanied by a legal parent/guardian

  • Once a booking has been confirmed and a deposit made, that forms part of your contract with Adventure Out There

  • If you turn up without the correct clothing and equipment as listed in the kit list, the guide reserves the right to change or cancel the activity. While we will do our best to accommodate this, your safety is our priority.

  • Dogs are allowed to come on our adventures providing they are kept on a lead around livestock and other members of the public. If you are not a fan of Dogs we will ensure there are none in the group. 

  • Adventure Out there is not responsible for any personal possessions or property during the day including any vehicles or valuables left in them.

  • Adventure Out there expects the participant to arrive at the arranged meeting point before the correct time and unless prior arrangements have been made, cannot delay the start of an adventure which may affect other clients.

  • The Guides responsibility begins from meeting the group at the arranged time, to returning back to the meeting point. We take no responsibility getting to and from the meeting point.

  • There may be opportunity during the activity to paddle in shallow water, this activity is at the discretion of the guide if the conditions and location is suitable. While all efforts of safety will be undertaken, the participant takes part in this at their own risk.

  • Hot and cold drinks will be provided at the end of each activity, unless requested not to. If you have any specific dietary requirements it is important we know so we can do our best to accommodate. 

  • By contacting us you are consenting to us keeping your contact details until they are no longer needed. 

  • If you consent to photos being used in the consent form, they will not be shared or used by any third parties, they are for use on the company website and social media posts only.
